Attorney Macey kept hearing fellow attorneys talk about the challenges of finding & hiring quality associates & legal support staff in today’s world. We are sure you are familiar with said challenges on some level.  It is these very challenges that led Macey to form Attorney Services & Support, PLLC with a mission to provide an alternative solution to spending hours & hours that you likely do not have to spare in the hiring process cycle. You know the cycle, review resume, contact references, interview, & repeat.  What is even worse is spending all that time in the hiring process to only hire someone who does not meet your expectations or ends up leaving the firm quickly. All that time is gone, you are even further behind on your tasks, & now you have to look for a replacement.
