Attorney Services & Support, PLLC
What to Expect from
Attorney Services & Support.
The Initial Consult
Once you have reached out to Attorney Services & Support, regarding our services and how we can help, Attorney Macey (thats me!) will respond to you within 24 hours to set up the inital meeting/consult. I will also send you an intake form that will help guide our initial meeting and determine how I can serve you. At this point you will decide whether you prefer to discuss your legal needs via in-person meeting, video chat, phone call, email, text, or even via smoke signals. Obviously, I’m kidding about the smoke signal part. The point is, I work with you and your schedule to meet in a way that is most convenient for you and your time.
In our initial consult/meeting, we will discuss your legal task needs, deadlines, performance expectations, timeline expectations, management style, communication style, communication expectations, and anything else you need or want to discuss in order to help us better serve you and your needs.
Together we will determine if Attorney Services & Support, PLLC is a good fit for you; and if we are, then we will develop a plan of execution for the project (motion/brief writing, research, discovery, etc.) or case that you are seeking support with. We will sign a contract that establishes that you are hiring me as your independent contractor for legal service and that memorializes the plan of execution for your needs and the tasks delegated to us.
Pricing and Package Examples
During the initial consult we will also discuss pricing and/or package options. Because we tailor our pricing to your delegated legal tasks and needs, the costs for services and package options may vary based on, but not limited to the complexity of the project or case, area of law, and any travel or expenses that are required.
In order to give you an idea of the various pricing and package options that we offer at Attorney Services & Support, PLLC, I have provided some baseline examples of which include, but are not limited to the following:
- Hourly Per Project:
- Standard projects in lower level courts – ⅓ of attorney hourly billable rate.
- Typically ranges from $75 to $100 an hour depending on complexity.
- Pre- and Post-trial brief drafting – $80 to $120 an hour depending on complexity.
- Appellate brief drafting – $100 to $160 an hour depending on complexity.
- Legal presentation drafting – $50 to $75 an hour depending on needs.
- Standard projects in lower level courts – ⅓ of attorney hourly billable rate.
- Monthly Subscription Packages:
- Assistance for 5 hours per month – $375/month.
- Assistance for 10 hours per month – $720/month.
- Assistance for 15 hours per month – $1,020/month.
- Assistance for 30 hours per month – $1,860/month.

Payment for a subscription package may be paid in a lump sum or a payment plan may be arranged upon a written agreement. Any unused hours will not expire; and thus, will roll over to the next month. These rates are based on the average hourly rate for legal services data reported in the 2023 Clio Legal Trends Report.
If you feel these options do not fit your needs, please do not hesitate to reach out to us so that together we can develop a package and plan that does meet your needs.
While Working With Us
While working with us you can expect to experience transparent and honest communication every step of the way. In the unlikely event that it appears that for any reason that I am unable to complete any aspect of the project within the timeframe we agreed on, I will notify you as soon as humanly possible. In such case we will determine the best avenue for moving forward to meet your deadlines.
Depending on the length of the project and your preferences, I will send weekly or bi-weekly updates via email regarding the progress on the project. These updates will include an itemized accounting with detailed time tracking of the work performed. The itemized accounting of billable time is to act as a layer of security for you and your practice in the event that your client attempts to dispute your fees. Thus, please be sure to keep these reports for your records so that you may easily defend any disputes that arise regarding fees.
Additionally, all contracted services with Attorney Services & Support, PLLC includes access to notary services and access to Clio Client Portal. In the Clio Client Portal, you have the option to securely send documents and messages, view and pay invoices, and view payment history, all from your browser or using the mobile app.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for anything at all! I look forward to the opportunity to meet and work with you!
